I kept searching for XPath tool and found really nice Eclipse plugin called EclipseXSLT. I also found the other one, XPath Plugin, but it seem to be very limited in comparison to first one.

I was trying to find free tool for testing XPath Queries. It looks like SharpDevelop IDE got XPath Query tool. Read about it in this article. If you already got Visual Studio 2005 on installed there is nice plugin called XPathmania debribed in this blog entry.
